Second generation of a web wervice interface for remote invocation of openModeller

This ENM endpoint is provided by the EUBrazilOpenBio project. It leverages the Hybrid Data Infrastructure developed by the project that offers a rich array of data and data management services by leveraging other infrastructures and Information Systems. In particular, this endpoint is configured to execute openModeller operations on cloud resources offered by the EGI Federated Cloud testbed and managed by the COMPSs framework. This implementation provides extended openModeller operations for the execution of multi-stage & multi-parameter experiments. These requests are managed by COMPSs which orchestrates the execution automatically generating the pipeline. The COMPSs runtime is able to detect data dependencies between the tasks and exploits the inherent parallelism at task level.

This instance of the OMWS service does not currently support the evaluateModel and samplePoints operations. These remain to be implemented.
